Hi, I’m Jo

I’m a Senior Yoga Teacher accredited by Yoga Alliance Professionals, and I’ve been teaching yoga for over 12 years. I also train people to become yoga teachers. But before all that? I was the kid who hated P.E. and definitely wasn’t naturally calm. It took me years to find a way of moving that actually felt good, and then I found yoga.

In 2022, after the stress of keeping a business afloat through the pandemic, I hit burnout. I knew something had to change. Yoga wasn’t the problem—how I was approaching it was.

Now, I help tired people find a practice that actually works for their real lives—one that doesn’t ask more than they have to give. I know what it’s like to feel like yoga should be helping, but instead, it just feels like another obligation. I also know the shift that happens when you stop trying to “keep up” and start practising in a way that genuinely supports you.

I’ve guided hundreds of people into real, restful, and sustainable yoga practices—ones that don’t require endless energy, fancy poses, or rigid discipline. Just a mat, a few deep breaths, and a willingness to meet yourself exactly where you are.

No one is teaching yoga quite like this—which is why, for the first time, it actually feels like something you can stick with. 💛

  • The Zoom Studio is all about gentle, feel-good hatha yoga—no crazy handstands, no fast-paced flows, just movement that helps you feel better, not more exhausted. Whether you need to stretch out, build strength, or just breathe, there’s a class for you.

  • There is a 30 min Let’s Stretch class every Mon/Wed at 7.30am GMT and a 60 min Let’s Rest Class on a Thursday at 6.30pm GMT

    We also have an Hour Soul Restore Circle every Month Usually on a Sunday at 8pm GMT

  • No worries! Every class is recorded and added to the feed, so you can practice whenever it fits your schedule.

  • Not at all. Yoga isn’t about touching your toes—it’s about feeling good in your body. The classes are designed to be accessible and adaptable, no matter where you're starting from.

  • Just a mat if you have one!

    Some classes may suggest props like pillows or straps, but you can easily swap them with things you already have at home.

  • Yep! It’s a flexible monthly membership, and you can cancel anytime—no weird contracts or commitments.

  • Absolutely. The Zoom Studio is a judgment-free, beginner-friendly space where you can take things at your own pace. There’s no ‘keeping up’—just showing up however you are.
