  • I am not a big business, in fact all you can see is made by me in my spare room.

    But it’s important to me to keep some of my work available to all. This is possible due to the people who pay for my work. So if you enjoy the yoga and can afford it, do consider paying so I can keep this free element.

  • No, in fact that’s the whole point. The sessions are designed for you to do without changing your clothes or getting out your mat. So you can press play and go.

  • Yoga for Tired People is hosted on Substack, depending on your preferences with Substack you’ll either receive it as an email or you’ll get it in the Substack App.

  • Paid subscribers get one session every week, plus they get access to the community comments and chat. They can also request sessions.
